This website is operated by Codiste Pvt Ltd. Advertising or promoting this website, its content, its services, or any related Codiste offering by means of spam or unsolicited bulk messages is not permitted. What follows binds Codiste and everyone acting on its behalf.
2. Scope
This policy applies to every Codiste employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, partner, vendor, and service provider, and to anyone else sending electronic communications for Codiste or on its behalf. Email is covered, SMS is covered, and messages across social or professional networks are covered, whether sent individually or in bulk.
3. Prohibited practices
In connection with this website, none of the following is permitted:
- Unsolicited bulk or mass advertising messages.
- False or misleading sender names, addresses, domains, subject lines, or routing information.
- Contact data obtained unlawfully, or used in breach of applicable law or of a provider's terms.
- Further promotional contact with a recipient after they have asked for it to stop.
- Promotion of this website by spam or unsolicited bulk messages, whether by an employee, a partner, a vendor, or a third party.
- Use of the Codiste name, this domain, or its links inside spam or unsolicited bulk advertising.
4. Permitted communications
Electronic messages are sent only where the law allows it, and only within these limits:
- Messages the recipient requested or subscribed to.
- Individually relevant messages to a business contact within an existing or prospective business relationship, in compliance with applicable law.
- Transactional, service, and administrative messages.
Each of these names Codiste as the sender, carries an accurate subject line, includes valid contact details and a physical postal address, and offers a straightforward way to opt out.
5. Opt-out
Opt-out requests are acted on promptly. An address that opts out is added to a suppression list and kept clear of further promotional messages, except where the law requires contact or where confirming the opt-out itself calls for it. Suppression records are retained so that re-contact cannot happen by accident at a later date.
6. Third-party compliance

Codiste will investigate, halt any non-compliant activity, and may terminate the access or the engagement of anyone found in breach.
